Our name comes from the stone carving of a ‘pilgrim rabbit’ in St Mary’s Church, a hidden fourteenth century gem and part of the rich heritage of Beverley, the beautiful Georgian town where our company was founded. The carving is said to have inspired the ‘white rabbit’ character in Lewis Carroll’s ‘Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland’, and together they add the magical ingredients of fun and delight into our Chocolate Wonderland. Check it out for yourself on our White Rabbit Trail.
