We take extra care packing & sending your parcel using a courier service, ensuring your chocolate arrives fresh, unmelted and in the best possible condition. We do not post on Fridays to avoid your parcel sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
How should I report a breakage or missing item?
Please take a photo of the damaged product (or contents of your parcel), and postal packaging if there is visible damage, and email us on email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your items.
Will you refund my damaged products?
We deal with each incident on a case-by-case basis, usually we are able to replace the damaged items promptly. We always try to make good on purchases as our first priority.
How long before I get my money back for a refund?
We will notify you if / when you are eligible for a refund.

Your item will be refunded at your purchase as long as you have included your order number on the returns note and sent it with the item. If the order number is missing it will be refunded at the current price.
