Tuma variety cacao, from which this beautifully flavoured cocoa butter is made, comes from the remote and highly protected Bosawas Natural Reserve in the Northern Mountains of Nicaragua.
It is the largest nature reserve in Central America and was declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1997. The beans are refined and pressed to create the natural undeodorised cocoa butter, which is combined with coconut and then conched for 72 hours to make this incredible vegan-friendly white chocolate.
This chocolate from J Cocoa has been hand-tempered by White Rabbit, and has flavour notes of very fruity with lots of nutty and coconut flavours.
